Shipping and returns

Shipment

Orders received Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM are shipped the same day. 📦

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can track exactly when your order will arrive. Delivery to parcel lockers is possible.

📍 Shipping costs & delivery times


We offer free shipping within Germany and the EU for orders over €99 .


International shipments are shipped free of charge for orders over €200 .

📌 Important note:

If a package is not picked up or acceptance is refused, we incur costs for return shipping and processing. Unfortunately, we have to charge a fee of €10 for this; this fee may be higher for international orders.

💡 Customs & Taxes

For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, which are the direct responsibility of the customer. If you return items, you can contact your customs authority to inquire about a possible refund of the duties paid.

We're sorry you want to return something! 😕 But no problem – you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

📌 Here's how returns work:


Register your return via our returns portal – there you will receive your DHL return label (applies to Germany).
✔ Items must be returned unworn, unwashed & in their original packaging .
✔ The €5 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. (We carefully prepare each product, and this incurs costs – we hope for your understanding!)
✔ Returns from abroad: Please contact us at customercare@littlecasimir.com

💡 What we cannot take back:


✖ Products that have already been worn, washed, or damaged.
✖ Products without original packaging or labels.

📌 Refunds & Processing


Once your return has arrived, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. This may take a few days.
