Shipping

We try to ship orders received Monday to Friday by 11:00 AM on the same day. 📦

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link so you can track exactly when your order will arrive. Delivery to parcel lockers is possible.

For orders over €99, we offer free shipping within Germany & the EU.


For international shipments, free shipping applies for orders over €200.

📌 Important Note:

If a package is not collected or acceptance is refused, we incur costs for return shipping and processing. Unfortunately, we have to charge a fee of €10 for this; for international orders, this may be higher.

 

💡 Customs & Taxes

For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, which must be borne directly by the customer. If you return items, you can inquire with your customs authority about a possible refund of the duties paid.


Returns

It's a shame you want to send something back! 😕 But no problem – you can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

✔ Items must be returned unworn, unwashed & in original packaging.

💡 What we cannot accept for return:


✖ Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged.
✖ Products without original packaging or tags.

 

📌 Refunds & Processing


Once your return has arrived, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. This may take a few days.

 

If your product has a defect or fault, please contact us before returning it with photos and a brief description via email to customercare@littlecasimir.com so we can find a suitable solution together.
